Abstract
The aim of the experiment was to find out in plants
Codonopsis pilosula, obtained from China and cultivated in Czech Republic, icluding
tissue cultures, the water soluble content substances, i.e. carbohydrates and
amino acids. The carbohydrate content varied in the range of 1.7 to 7 % and
amino acid content in the range J to 4.7 % with great differences between individual
samples.
