Abstract
Technological changes bring about economic growth. We now
are at the beginning of the new phase of global economic development called
new economy. The bearers of it are especially information technologies, biotechnology,
material, energetic and cosmic technologies. There is reflected the influence
of important integration factors as new technologies, high competitiveness (which
becomes a necessity), new economic culture in the sphere of government, households
and business.
